Have successful experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 6 months.
Understand of the recruitment process and show interest in learning direct search and headhunting techniques.
Able to learn how to conduct interviews and assess candidates' needs, challenges, and motivations.
Can close both technical and non-technical positions.
Have an eagerness to learn about the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and trends.
Familiarity with master sourcing and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn and Boolean search, etc.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attend to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Have an Intermediate level of English or higher.
Stable and long-term position in an experienced team.
