We're looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients’ accounts, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, upsells, and long-term relationships.

We work closely with Sales, Project Management, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure high-quality client support and contribute to the company’s growth. Manage and grow key client accounts to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding collaboration.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and both online and offline meetings.
Lead the onboarding of new clients.
Monitor account health and report on key account metrics.
Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Analyze client feedback, data, and market trends to support effective decision-making.
Conduct regular client meetings, gather feedback, and proactively address any issues.
Contribute to new business development and support the company’s overall growth.
2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a related role involving client service, sales, or marketing.
Fluent English at B2 level or higher (both spoken and written).
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Results-driven mindset with great attention to detail.
Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Basic knowledge of software development processes, technologies, and terminology.
Experience working with CRM systems and other client management tools.
High level of empathy, adaptability, and strong team collaboration skills.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
Experience in Delivery or Project Management.
Stable and long-term position in an experienced team.
