We’re working with a healthcare company based in the US on a solution for remote cardiac monitoring.
The product combines medical devices and software to collect, process, analyze, and report ECG data. It helps healthcare providers monitor patients remotely and integrate cardiac monitoring into their clinical workflows.
The project covers the software behind the solution, including backend services, APIs, cloud-based components, and integrations built with C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and AWS.

You’ll work as part of a cross-functional team with .NET and frontend engineers, QA specialists, and other project roles. The team works closely with the client, with direct communication between Techstack specialists and the client’s technical stakeholders.
At Techstack, we care about how we build products - not only about the result, but also about the quality of the engineering process and the way we work together.
We encourage people to keep learning, share what they know, and take ownership of their work. There are different ways to do this at Techstack:
Tech Guilds - communities where specialists share knowledge, discuss technical solutions and approaches, and keep up with industry trends.
Meetups and knowledge sharing - opportunities to share your experience with colleagues and the wider tech community.
Mentoring and leadership - you can grow into a mentor, technical lead, or take on other roles where you can support others and share your expertise.
We believe that good products come from people who care about what they build, keep developing their expertise, and are comfortable both challenging ideas and being challenged.
