Familiar with the recruitment process, understand the principles of direct search and headhunting.
Understand the interview process and assess candidates' needs, challenges, and motivations.
Have experience in closing vacancies in the IT sphere and also with non-technical positions.
Understand the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies.
Have knowledge and experience in Sourcing, Recruitment Tools, and LinkedIn search.
Have superior verbal and written communication skills and strong research and analytical skills.

Can meet deadlines.
Have an Intermediate level of English and higher.
If you live in Wrocław, it will be a plus. Or you live in Kyiv or Lviv.
