Intro

We are looking for a System Administrator / IT Support Specialist who will ensure the stable operation of the company’s internal IT infrastructure — including workstations, networks, corporate services, and user accounts.

This role is a great fit for a professional with experience in technical support or system administration who also wants to develop further in DevOps, AWS, or information security.

You will join a team responsible for maintaining uninterrupted technical processes and continuously improving internal IT solutions within the company.

Your team

You will play a key role in managing user accounts, maintaining secure access, and ensuring the reliable operation of critical systems such as Google Workspace, Active Directory, and VPN services. This role also involves close collaboration with security, compliance, and development teams, contributing both to daily operations and to the long-term enhancement of the company’s infrastructure.

Your responsibilities

Maintain and support the company’s IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations, cloud services).

Administer user accounts, access rights, and permissions following the principle of least privilege.

Implement and maintain security measures (encryption, backup, monitoring, patching).

Keep an up-to-date asset inventory and ensure correct classification and protection.

Perform regular system updates, vulnerability assessments, and troubleshooting.

Respond to incidents and outages, document root causes, and support system recovery.

Document infrastructure, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Collaborate with security, compliance, and development teams as part of the information security management process.

It's about you

Have 1+ years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Support, or Helpdesk Specialist.

Experienced in managing Google Workspace.

Have strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration.

Proficient in networking, firewalls, and VPN configuration.

Experienced in identity and access management (AD, SSO, MFA).

Understand backup, recovery, and disaster recovery concepts and practices.

Are strong in documentation, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Have an Intermediate level of English or higher.

It would be a plus if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Solid knowledge of macOS administration.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms.

Experience working with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Experience integrating AI-based solutions.
