Intro

Software and product development company Techstack is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. The current team has lead generation as a subdivision, which provides a constant flow of leads with different heat states from cold to hot.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for processing leads and transferring them to the sales manager at the call stage. You’ll become a significant part of a team delivering real value to our customers worldwide.

Your team

In our team, we have professionals with different specializations, but we all share a common goal - ensuring the success of our company. We work together to build a strong team and ensure the effectiveness of our efforts. Our Sales team consists of Lead Generation Managers, Data Entry specialists, SMM (Social Media Marketing) experts, Warm-up specialists, and Sales Managers. We also collaborate with other departments, particularly with the marketing team, to develop and implement comprehensive strategies that will contribute to our growth and success.

Your responsibilities

Participate in the development of our client prospecting strategy.

Work directly with the Business Development Team.

Identify and analyse potential leads to gather relevant insights.

Utilize research data to craft targeted and compelling messages.

Structure an effective follow-up process to maximize engagement.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads provided by marketing and other sources.

Work with CRM.

Process leads, transferring them to the Sales Manager.

Assist in the organization of business trips.

"Warm up" cold clients.

It's about you

Have 3+ years of experience in the field of sales of IT services.

Have fluent written and verbal English.

Are capable of self-organizing and making deep, long-term plans ahead of time.

Have an outstanding level of using lead generation tools, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.

Are an experienced user of PC, Google Docs, etc.

Have good communication and presentation skills.
