The product supports offline-first functionality, automatic data synchronization, and is tightly integrated with backend infrastructure and third-party services.The team is currently scaling and improving its technical solution to meet the growing needs of users across various European countries.

Your responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain a mobile application (iOS/Android) ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Implement offline mode, sync conflict resolution, and caching strategies.
Integrate with native device features such as QR code scanners, camera access, and permission handling.
Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and improve mobile UX.
Diagnose and resolve field-level issues related to sync, background jobs, and app performance.
It's about you
Have 3+ years of commercial experience with React Native development.
Are confident with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experienced with offline-first strategies and caching (e.g., SQLite, Realm, Redux Offline).
Worked with native libraries for QR code scanning, camera access, and similar device features.
Understand REST APIs and have experience with backend systems like Node.js and PostgreSQL.
Have an Upper-Intermediate level or higher in English.
It will be a plus, if you have:
Experience with PostGIS, Clickhouse, or data dashboards like reDash.
Understanding of event-driven architecture.
Experience with background jobs, push notifications, and mobile analytics.
