We are looking for a talented and proactive Project Manager to join our company.
As a Project Manager, you will join our PM Office, where you will work with experienced colleagues to ensure project management quality, share experiences with new tools, and help solve problems. You will also participate in designing internal processes for all stages of the SDLC and retrospect existing processes, contributing to improving team efficiency.
Additionally, you will join one of our teams to assist with Scrum processes and follow Agile principles to increase their productivity. You will participate in the daily Scrum routine and support the team at every stage of the development process.

Support the Scrum team in compliance with the principles of Agile, Scrum practices and Agile frameworks.
Assisting in organizing and conducting Scrum ceremonies.
Resolving workplace conflicts.
Helping the development team remove obstacles.
Assisting the team in planning their future workload to meet deadlines.
Lead presale activities for potential customers.
Manage and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project goals and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and meet their needs and expectations.
Lead client meetings, present project progress, and address any concerns effectively.
Utilize project management tools, including Jira and similar tracking systems, to monitor project status and facilitate reporting.
Supporting the Scrum team in adhering to Agile principles, Scrum practices, and Agile frameworks.
Have 1+ years of commercial experience in the IT industry as а Project Manager.
Have practical experience in Scrum, Kanban.
Know Waterfall.
Have an Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
Understand SDLC.
Experienced with Jira (managing as well as setting up).
Have project management skills: planning, strategy development, KPI achievement, performance analysis, reporting.
Have team management skills: resource planning, tasking, monitoring.
Know how to achieve your goals.
Have high-level communication skills.
Understand Web Development and UI/UX basics.
It would be a plus if you:
Availability of certifications in the PM area.
Have previous experience as a BA or QA.
Stable and long-term position in an experienced team.
