Intro
We’re working with a healthcare company based in the US on a solution for remote cardiac monitoring.
The product combines medical devices and software to collect, process, analyze, and report ECG data. It helps healthcare providers monitor patients remotely and integrate cardiac monitoring into their clinical workflows.
The project covers the software behind the solution, including backend services, APIs, cloud-based components, and integrations built with C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and AWS.

Your team
You’ll work as part of a cross-functional team with .NET and frontend engineers, QA specialists, and other project roles. The team works closely with the client, with direct communication between Techstack specialists and the client’s technical stakeholders.

Your responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend functionality using C# and .NET
Design and implement REST APIs and integrations
Work with ASP.NET Core and .NET 8
Build and maintain cloud-based application components using AWS
Work with Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, and RDS
Write clean, reliable, maintainable, and testable code
Create and maintain unit and integration tests
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Investigate and resolve defects and production issues
Analyze requirements and estimate development tasks
Identify and communicate technical risks
Contribute to solution design and architectural improvements
Work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, Team Lead, Project Manager, and Software Architect
Communicate directly with the client’s technical stakeholders
Contribute to improvements in code quality, security, and development practices
Prepare and maintain technical documentation
Follow security and privacy requirements when working with healthcare data
It's about you
You have 3+ years of commercial software development experience
You have strong knowledge of C# and .NET
You have hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET 8, and REST APIs
You understand OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns
You have experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
You have experience with AWS or another major cloud platform
You understand microservices and/or serverless architecture
You have experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
You write unit and integration tests
You care about writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
You can analyze requirements, estimate tasks, and communicate technical risks
You have good written and spoken English and feel comfortable communicating with an international team and client
