As a Project Manager, you'll have the chance to work on projects that not only improve the quality of roadways but also contribute to transformative changes in the industry. You will be crucial in setting up initial project processes and ensuring smooth execution. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining project timelines, meeting deliverables, and staying within budget. Also, you will be the primary liaison between clients and the development team, ensuring transparency and adapting to feedback.

Work on projects from the very early stages and develop processes from scratch.
Ensure all project goals and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and gathering feedback.
Lead client meetings, present project progress and address any concerns.
Utilize project management tools, including Jira and similar systems, to monitor project status and facilitate reporting.
Lead presale activities for potential customers.
Have 3+ years of experience in IT as a Project Manager.
Have practical experience across the full SDLC cycle.
Are an expert user of Jira for project management.
Show strong skills in project planning, strategy development, KPI metrics, and reporting.
Have a proven track record in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with working knowledge of Waterfall.
Have capable of managing team resources, task delegation, and monitoring progress.
Understand of web development and UI/UX principles.
Have an Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
It would be a plus if you:
Have an education in Computer Science.
Have practical experience as a QA or BA.
