Intro

Techstack is looking for a specialist who shares our values and passion for growth in B2B marketing and sales. Your team

Your team comprises 8 experts in various fields, including Digital Marketing, SMM, PR, Content, and SEO. In your role, you will interact with technical, design, and sales functions to ensure optimal and effective solutions.

You can create and manage marketing campaigns at all levels, propose ideas, and implement your initiatives in building relationships with our partners and key industry figures. You will work with your lead using a scorecard for a better understanding of business needs and information updates.

As a team member, you will be able to use sprints for better time management and incorporate some Scrum rituals that promote transparency in processes.

Your responsibilities

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution (LinkedIn).

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, sales pipeline, and campaign support.

Build strategic relationships and partner with industry players, agencies, and vendors.

Work with the team to formulate value propositions and offers for marketing lead-generation campaigns.

Measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, data analysis, and evaluation of results compared to set goals.

It's about you

Have 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing communications, gained at a technology company or an agency with a focus on the IT sector.

Have experience in running LinkedIn paid campaigns.

Familiar with CRM and marketing automation software.

Solid Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics.

Proven analytical, writing, and quantitative skills, including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics.

Have an Upper-intermediate English level, both verbal and written.

Curious, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Will be a plus, if you have

Opportunity to work from our hub in Wrocław, Kyiv, or Lviv.

Experience in building and Optimize Marketing Funnel.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or Engineering related fields.
