You will become the leader of a development team, taking on a managerial role and coordinating the efforts of professionals to create impactful business tools. By joining us, you’ll immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where you’ll be responsible for driving the development and successful execution of the project, fostering innovation and product growth. Currently, the team consists of the Founder & CEO, Advisory CTO, 2 Full Stack Developers, Unity Developer, and 5 Advisors.

Manage the engineering team and establish best practices for software development.
Participate actively in software development tasks, including system design, programming, and operating systems, to build and optimize our VR and web platform.
Improve the functionality and user experience of our platforms using ML, NLP, and deep learning.
Coordinate and collaborate with external development teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of technological solutions.
Have 5+ years of experience in software development and technology management, preferably in a startup environment.
Experienced in working with GPT and have deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Work with Python and TypeScript.
Interested in VR technologies.
Have experience managing a development team and thrive in startup culture and challenges.
Have a passion for problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Have an Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
Stable and long-term position in an experienced team.
