Our partner is an American company. Their product is a Digital Native Vertical brand focusing on user experience. The product is a fundraising platform with a social mission of helping children and youth organizations raise funds for sports and other initiatives.
The product was created in 2017, inspired by a unique popcorn factory in Chicago, to help people realize their potential and dreams. We have been working on improving and developing it since the beginning. The product is currently developed according to a defined roadmap, using a proven stack and modern approach.

Your responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, Express, React/React Native, and Next.js (SSR/CSR).
Architect, implement, and evolve serverless and microservices infrastructure using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, Step Function, EventBridge, RDS, DynamoDB) with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Refactor and enhance complex business logic, including financial and transaction-related subsystems, ensuring high reliability and data integrity.
Ensure system fault tolerance, resilience, and reliability by implementing robust error handling, monitoring, logging, and recovery mechanisms.
Design and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services aligned with business requirements and front-end architecture.
Implement full test coverage (unit, integration, smoke tests) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines with automated deployments.
Optimize application performance and scalability across distributed systems, ensuring stability under increasing load.
Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, QA, Product, and Design teams to deliver high-impact features aligned with business goals.
Monitor system health, proactively identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements in architecture and workflows.
Maintain and evolve data persistence layers (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, RDS), ensuring proper schema design, migrations, and consistency.
It's about you
3+ years of experience in full-stack software development with production-level applications.
Strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.
Solid experience with React and/or React Native, including Next.js (server-side and client-side rendering).
Proven experience building and maintaining serverless architectures in AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, Step Function, EventBridge, RDS, DynamoDB).
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems design principles.
Experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems with high availability.
Deep knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB), including schema design and performance optimization.
Experience working in CI/CD environments with automated testing and continuous deployment.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills, especially in complex systems.
Understanding of system reliability, observability, monitoring, and logging practices.
Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English
