Intro
We are looking for a Front-End Engineer to join a product team building a platform that combines educational opportunities with efficient job matching. By leveraging data about users’ skills and qualifications, the platform helps people find not only relevant job openings but also personalized learning paths.
Powered by machine learning, the system continuously improves its recommendations, adapting to users’ evolving needs and labor market changes. Currently, a dedicated product is being developed to help job seekers better understand their skill sets and discover relevant training and job opportunities.
The current product scope is estimated at three months, with the possibility of extension based on successful delivery.

Your responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve modern web interfaces using React (v18+) and TypeScript.
Collaborate closely with fellow engineers through code reviews and integrate seamlessly with backend APIs and DevOps infrastructure.
Build responsive, accessible, and dynamic UIs that deliver a smooth user experience across devices and browsers.
Leverage AI-driven features to help job seekers understand their skill sets and get matched with relevant education and job opportunities.
Work with component libraries and design systems (Material UI, emotion, Redux, SWR) to create reusable, scalable, and consistent frontend solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues, ensuring performance, security, and usability.
Contribute actively to Agile sprints, cross-functional discussions, and continuous improvement of frontend practices.
It's about you
Have 3+ years of experience in frontend development.
Strong expertise in React (version 18+), TypeScript, and the modern React ecosystem (hooks, functional components).
Experienced in building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and implementing responsive design principles.
Familiar with Material UI and other tools like emotion, Jest, Redux, SWR.
Have an upper-intermediate English level or higher.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and continuously looking to grow both technically and personally.
