Techstack is looking for an ambitious Employer Brand Manager who is not only able to develop the Techstack employer brand but is also ready to offer innovative ideas and work effectively in a team to achieve common goals. Our marketing team currently consists of six specialists in different areas. You will work with the head of marketing, SMM specialist, designers, and the HR function to achieve common goals. You will work according to the PDP plan or scorecard with your lead to develop skills. The team works according to an adapted Scrum, so we are actively working on process improvements and are constantly evolving.

One of our favorite marketing team activities is the Discussion Panel, held once per 2 weeks. It provides an opportunity for us to discuss new trends, market tendencies, and work insights collectively.
Create and implement an employer marketing strategy to attract the same candidates.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of employer marketing initiatives based on key metrics.
Organize and conduct cool initiatives (offline/online) aimed at attracting top candidates.
Increase in the number of candidates and closing of vacancies through employer marketing initiatives.
Enhance awareness of the Techstack brand in the Ukrainian and Polish markets.
Establish contact with domain communities for information partnerships.
Have 2+ years of experience in Employer Branding / PR / Communications or a related field.
Have the skills to manage turnkey projects and multitask.
Proven experience setting KPIs and evaluating performance through metrics and business impact.
Experienced in independently writing materials, coordinating work with specialized media, and organizing events.
Have experience in implementing creative and non-standard solutions in your field.
Understand the IT industry in Ukraine and the basics of marketing.
Proficient in both written and spoken Ukrainian, with English skills at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Portfolio of published PR articles, launched campaigns, or employer branding initiatives.
Ability to work from an office in Kyiv, or Lviv.
Stable and long-term position in an experienced team.
