Our partner is an American company. Their product is a Digital Native Vertical brand focusing on user experience. The product is a fundraising platform with a social mission of helping children and youth organizations raise funds for sports and other initiatives.
The product was created in 2017, inspired by a unique popcorn factory in Chicago, with the goal of helping people realize their potential and dreams. We have been working on improving and developing it for over seven years. Currently, the product is being developed according to a defined roadmap, using a modern stack and approach.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating security into all development and operational processes within the engineering and IT teams. Your role will involve ensuring the secure development, deployment, and operation of software and infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines. You will focus particularly on critical applications, implementing robust processes to minimize risks and ensure compliance with security standards.

Implement security measures within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure secure software releases.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to manage infrastructure changes while maintaining high availability and security.
Identify, categorize, and address vulnerabilities across production environments, prioritizing critical and high-risk issues.
Continuously enhance security practices by reducing technical debt related to security vulnerabilities.
Advocate for and implement security improvements across the technology stack, promoting best practices within the organization.
Assist with incident response and post-mortem analysis related to security breaches.
Stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, implementing proactive countermeasures.
Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing security expertise to support project teams.
Have 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or DevSecOps role focusing on security integration.
Hands-on experience in securing software development pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Proficient in AWS cloud platforms.
Experienced with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible.
Strong in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
Skilled in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities in cloud infrastructure.
Apply practices and tools for ensuring application security.
Familiar with threat modeling and risk management frameworks.
Have an upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
Experienced in working in a food tech company or other regulated industry where security and compliance are critical.
Experienced in container security (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Have knowledge of compliance frameworks like GDPR, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001.
Familiar with network security and firewall management.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Have licenses or certifications such as AWS Certified Security, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Specialty, or equivalent cloud certifications.
