Our partner is an American company specializing in remote heart monitoring services for clinics and hospitals. The product, called Clinic Portal and Sales App, enables the quantitative analysis of ECG data, supporting research in biomedicine and drug safety. By integrating advanced algorithms and analytics, the product seeks to enhance diagnostic precision, improve patient care, and potentially save lives by enabling swift interventions in the treatment process.

Your responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, RDS, S3) across multiple environments.

Design and implement scalable microservices architectures, ensuring reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency.

Analyze existing database architectures, plan and execute migration strategies, and maintain AWS Aurora PostgreSQL and SQL Server RDS instances.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, maintaining version-controlled and reproducible infrastructure code.

Collaborate with cloud and development teams to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of cloud resources using IAM roles, security groups, and VPC configurations.

Identify, assess, and help remediate security vulnerabilities in collaboration with development teams.

Support development teams by improving platform stability, scalability, and operational excellence.

It's about you

Have 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, ECS/Fargate, RDS, S3, IAM, and VPC.

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Maintain strong server administration expertise across Linux and Windows environments.

Use Docker for containerization and apply orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and ECS.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

Work with relational databases, SQL, and database migration strategies.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CloudFormation.

Operate independently while keeping pace with a fast-moving development team.

Translate customer and domain needs into scalable, business-aligned technical solutions.

Collaborate and communicate effectively to drive execution, long-term stability, and continuous improvement.

Have an Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
