Intro
Join Techstack as a Full-Stack JS Trainee and learn under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
This is a full-time training program built around a practical project with TypeScript, Node.js and React. You'll work on real tasks, strengthen your fundamentals and learn how to use AI tools effectively in development.
We don't expect you to know everything. What matters to us is that you understand what you're doing, can explain your decisions, and are ready to learn.

Your team
You'll join a team under the guidance of an experienced mentor, who will work with you one-on-one on a training full-stack project built with TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Your mentor will help you apply theory in practice, work through real tasks, and learn to use AI tools as part of your daily workflow — from writing code to understanding when and why to use them

Your responsibilities
Write clean, well-structured code and tests.
Work closely with your mentor to clarify requirements and discuss technical solutions.
Work on practical full-stack tasks using TypeScript, Node.js and React.
Take initiative, solve problems independently, and ask for help when needed.
Use AI tools as part of your development workflow and understand when and why to use them.
Apply what you learn in practice and continuously improve your technical skills.
It's about you
Good knowledge of JavaScript / ECMAScript.
Knowledge of TypeScript.
Hands-on knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
Basic SQL skills.
Experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
Knowledge of at least one UI library or framework, such as React, Angular or Vue.
Understanding of Git.
English at Intermediate level or higher.
Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Ability to learn independently and take responsibility for your work.
Initiative and a proactive approach.
Experience using AI tools in development, such as Copilot, Cursor or Codex, and understanding how they work rather than simply using them.
