Your team
You will join a small, collaborative Lead Generation team currently consisting of three specialists. The team works closely on researching new business opportunities and preparing lead generation campaigns for international markets.

Your responsibilities
Research companies, markets, industries, professional communities, and conferences to identify potential business opportunities.
Collect, process, and organize information from various online sources.
Explore different tools and methods for data research and automated data collection.
Assist with preparing and launching lead generation campaigns.
Work with internal tools and automation solutions.
Research new tools and approaches to solve unfamiliar tasks.
Participate in R&D activities and explore opportunities to improve existing workflows.
Identify repetitive manual tasks that could be made more efficient through automation.
Gradually take ownership of assigned tasks and work towards delivering results independently.
It's about you
Basic understanding of the IT industry and current technology trends.
Good online research skills and the ability to find, analyze, and structure relevant information.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to independently investigate unfamiliar topics and solve problems without step-by-step guidance.
Interest in technology, data research, automation, and AI tools.
Proactive approach, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
Ability to stay focused and productive when working on repetitive or detail-oriented tasks.
Would be a plus:
Completed Lead Generation courses or relevant training, preferably with a certificate.
Technical education or currently pursuing a degree in a technical field.
Previous exposure to Lead Generation, market research, data collection, or web scraping.
