Techstack is launching Stack UP: Lead Generation Trainee Program — a 4-week hands-on training program for those who want to grow systematically in lead generation and IT sales.
Stack Up is an internship for those who want to grow fast, take responsibility, and make an impact on business results from the very beginning.
The program helps you move from junior-ready to junior-needed — in a structured, realistic way, without illusions.

The number of places in the Stack Up: Lead Generation Trainee Program is limited.
The selection process is competitive. This means we review multiple candidates in parallel, and the final decision is made only after all stages of the process are completed.
The initial screening is based on CV review, questionnaire responses, and English proficiency level.
Training start date: February 2, 2026 (The start date depends on group formation and may be rescheduled).

Our Sales team consists of Lead Generation Managers, Data Entry specialists, SMM (Social Media Marketing) experts, Warm-up specialists, and Sales Managers.

Stack UP: Lead Generation Trainee Program at Techstack is:
- 4 weeks of intensive, practice-oriented training;
- a dedicated mentor and regular feedback from experienced specialists;
- a scholarship throughout the training period;
- foundational knowledge of lead generation, hands-on work with key tools (Google Sheets, Google Docs, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo), and applying them to real tasks;
- access to the English Club.
The program concludes with a final exam. The top-performing participants will be considered for further employment with the Techstack team.
