It was created in 2017, based on a unique popcorn factory in Chicago, with the goal of helping people realize their potential and dreams. The product brings value through a modern and leading fundraising platform that allows for efficient fundraising and supporting various organizations.
Our product is developed according to our own roadmap, using a modern stack and approach - everything is up to date. The platform always gives back 50% of every dollar spent to children, whether it's sending a gift, supporting a fundraising campaign, or simply treating yourself to a bag of popcorn. In this way, we create joy for others together.

Creating and maintaining a well-organized documentation directory.
Keeping documentation up to date regarding business processes.
Conducting regular documentation checks to remove outdated or irrelevant materials.
Actively identifying and addressing gaps in documentation.
Providing feedback on the documentation process and managing documentation socialization.
Have more than 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
Possess strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Collaborative and detail-oriented.
Understand all stages of product and engineering documentation, including overall documentation strategy, writing documentation, and verifying artifacts.
Responsible for collaborating with team leads to track all changes in the platform and ensure that the documentation reflects the current state of all features, processes, and infrastructure.
Proficient in English at the Upper-Intermediate level, both in written and spoken form.
Stable and long-term position in an experienced team.
