Your responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for new product launches, including content planning, launching Instagram, TikTok, and Shorts campaigns, testing creative formats, and preparing initial paid campaigns.
Manage and scale active products through consistent short-form video production, message adaptation for different ICPs, leveraging UGC and trends, and ongoing content optimization based on performance data.
Lead Paid Social activities by launching and optimizing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns, conducting A/B testing of creatives, and effectively managing advertising budgets.
Drive performance analytics by monitoring CTR, hook rate, retention, and CAC from social channels, preparing weekly reports with insights, and recommending data-driven improvements.
It's about you
2+ years of experience in SMM or short-form content.
2+ years of experience at a startup (B2C/B2B).
Experience launching ads on Meta/TikTok.
Understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms.
Proficiency working with AI tools such as CapCut, HeyGen, and Pika.
Analytical mindset.
Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.
