Your responsibilities
Collaborate with the CTO and current teams to ensure that existing features align with business goals and user needs.
Provide expert support for the tech stack, including ASP.NET backend, Blazor frontend, and C++ services for video hardware, ensuring efficient and high-performing solutions.
Implement innovative solutions to enhance and scale the technical infrastructure, optimizing it for future growth.
Support and mentorship for the team, ensuring their professional development and adherence to best practices.
Document all technical decisions and developments in a structured manner in the MS DevOps Wiki for transparency and future reference.
Research and implement cost-effective CDN solutions to optimize performance, and scalability, and reduce overall costs.
Provide technical expertise in planning and executing architectural changes to support the product's ongoing growth and evolution.
Facilitate continuous improvement of development processes and tools, promoting best practices and encouraging team collaboration to enhance productivity and product quality.
It's about you
Have 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong track record in delivering high-quality applications.
Good written and spoken German skills.
Have extensive experience working with ASP.NET Core Blazor.
Specialize in backend development and interface integration.
Proficient in C# programming.
Proactively implement innovative ideas into the solution architecture.
Have practical experience with SQL databases.
Have experience managing small teams.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing complex technical issues and providing effective scalable solutions.
Actively keep up with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Have an Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
It would be a plus, if you have:
Experience in video/media hardware.
Python.
