Our partner is a Swiss company that creates HR systems, enabling team members to manage shifts, access pay slips, and engage in training, all from a user-friendly mobile app. Streamlining processes such as PTO requests, shift changes, and onboarding, our platform fosters real-time communication through chats, surveys, and campaigns, eliminating the need for paper-based workflows.
At the moment, the scope of tasks is estimated for a period of 4-6 months.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders from development to deployment, ensuring seamless operations. Your duties will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and implementing strategies to optimize product performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Driving the execution of product related projects and initiatives to successful completion, engaging internal and external teams and stakeholders.
Overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycles, ensuring on-budget timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborating with other functions and operations stakeholders to define programs/initiatives that are consistent with other organizational initiatives and to ensure strategic alignment across departments and teams.
Working closely with Product leadership to drive and facilitate team collaboration and goals.
Contributing to the Product team’s goals and objectives and providing support through data and insights.
Implementing and promoting continuous improvement practices to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Product teams.
Contributing to defining and refining the initiatives, methodologies, assets and programs within the Product team to drive and surface measurable impact.
Proficient in English at the Upper-Intermediate level, both in written and spoken.
Have 3+ years of experience in project management and product operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Have experience in delivering product projects from start to finish.
Demonstrate problem solving experience providing data-driven business insights.
Proven ability to be structured and successful in a complex, fast-paced environment, planning and managing projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient at managing and curating documentation.
Excellent communicator with the ability to convey technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Demonstrate ability to work with cross functional teams to drive initiatives and solutions.
Have experience leading projects and change management initiatives.
Understand Data & Tools literacy.
Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
Basic level of German.
