Techstack is looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join our friendly team. We are expanding our HR department and seeking a dedicated Junior HR Specialist who aligns with our mission, values, and philosophy and can contribute to developing our HR practices.

Advocate the company culture.
Conduct the 1-on-1 meetings with team members.
Provide support to members upon request if they encounter difficulties in their work.
Assist members in finding opportunities for their professional development.
Keep people management-related documentation updated in a timely manner.
Onboard and support new members from the moment they accept the offer.
Participation in processes to celebrate members' significant events (professional anniversaries, birthdays, etc).
Participate in well-being initiatives, including planning and organizing online events.
Have a half year of experience on a similar position in IT Company.
Have an understanding of the IT market.
Have psychological education.
Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills and strong research and analytical skills.
Pay attention to details and follow deadlines.
Have a great desire to work with people.
Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
Have an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
