Intern Project Manager
About the product


We are looking for a talented and proactive junior manager to join us as an intern. Our full-time program will run for one month, giving you the opportunity to get to know the team and understand our culture. Upon successful completion of the training, we will offer you a position with our company.

As an Intern PM, you will join our PM Office, where you will work with experienced colleagues to ensure project management quality, share experiences with new tools, and help solve problems. You will also participate in designing internal processes for all stages of the SDLC and retrospect existing processes, contributing to improving team efficiency.

Additionally, you will join one of our teams to assist with Scrum processes and follow Agile principles to increase their productivity. You will participate in the daily Scrum routine and support the team at every stage of the development process.

Your responsibilities

Supporting the Scrum team in adhering to Agile principles, Scrum practices, and Agile frameworks.

Assisting in organizing and conducting Scrum ceremonies.

Working closely with a mentor to help the team continuously improve the product development process.

Helping the development team remove obstacles.

Resolving workplace conflicts.

Assisting the team in planning their future workload to meet deadlines.

Full responsibility for the success of the project, its timing and development.

Developing and maintaining effective communication between all team members.

Enhancing personal theoretical and practical knowledge with the opportunity to take on more responsibilities in the future.

It's about you

Understand SDLC.

Have an Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

Have a basic understanding of the Scrum framework.

Possess self-organization skills and the ability to learn and improve your skills.

Have a certificate of completion for PM/SM or BA courses.

Know the principles of Agile.

Know how to achieve your goals.

Have high-level communication skills.

Have a challenge-oriented mindset.

It would be a plus if you:

Have commercial experience in the IT field.

Have previous experience as a BA or QA.

Have an education in a technical specialty.
